Chez Roux
The crown jewel of La Torretta's cuisine experience, this fine dining gem was created by Chef Albert Roux, a revered name in the international restaurant world. From working at the French embassy in London and the British embassy in Paris, to serving as personal chef to some of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious families — Roux’s career path is as impressive as his award-winning creations. Voted one of the most influential chefs in the U.K. in 2003, Roux is perhaps best known for opening Le Gavroche in 1967. Located in London, it is Britain’s first ever three-star Michelin restaurant.. In fact, Chez Roux’s Executive Chef, Wyatt Maguire, is currently training under Roux at Le Gavroche. Chez Roux will be Chef Roux’s first-ever American establishment and will offer a contemporary French menu with heavy emphasis on local and fresh products. Chef Roux and Chef Maguire, Executive Chef, looks forward to bringing his exceptional cuisine to La Torretta Del Lago, and we certainly look forward to enjoying it.
Edomae Sushi Bar
For a taste of something different, make your way to the Edomae Sushi Bar. Choose from an array of fresh rolls, nigiri, sashimi and other sushi fare, all while enjoying the breathtaking view of Lake Conroe.
Bouchon's
During the 17th and 18th centuries in Europe, a “bouchon” was the term used for a comfortable place to eat at a local inn. Bouchon's continues that tradition with a relaxed atmosphere and an extravagant menu, replete with local flavor.
Essence Café
This specialty dining restaurant is the perfect compliment to The Spa. Sip a healthy, freshly made smoothie, or enjoy a light salad, fresh seafood, snack or dessert before, during or after your treatment. For the health-conscious, the cafe menu lists a calorie count for every dish.

Sonata Piano Bar
Pass the time or chill with friends as you sip a martini overlooking Lake Conroe and La Torretta Del Lago's spacious lobby. Be warned, you may find yourself humming along as the pianist sends something special your way.
Mokka Café
Complete with bakery counter and coffee bar, this delightful café is also the perfect place to pick up breakfast panini, gourmet wraps and other yummy delights.
CoCoCove Grill
This exotic restaurant is located ever-so-conveniently adjacent to the pool in the center of our Aqua Park. Treat the whole family to grilled burgers, venison nachos and a host of other tasty tropical items. Or balance the hot Texas sun with any type of cool beverage you can think of.
Final Putt Lounge
After a long day on the course, sit back and relax in this comfortable eatery. Enjoy light sandwiches or panini and refreshing cocktails as you trade stories with fellow golfers.
Marina Store
Nothing completes a day on the lake like being able to sail right up to the bar. Stop by for pre- or post-lake refreshments. Or bring your catch to the Marina where it will be cleaned and even prepared for you.
