Monday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (subject to change)

Spa Appointments

In order to allow us to accommodate your individual scheduling needs, we recommend you book your spa appointments well in advance. A credit card will be requested to hold your reservation.

Check-in

Check in thirty minutes prior to your treatment to enjoy a pre-treatment relaxation in our relaxation areas.

Late Arrivals

Unfortunately, arriving late limits the time allocated for your treatment, and lessens the effectiveness and - more importantly - your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to do our best to accommodate all of our clients’ scheduling needs. If a cancellation is inevitable, we understand. We kindly request you let us know of your cancellation 24 hours in advance and we will do all we can to work with you to reschedule treatment or avoid a cancellation charge. Any appointment for the medical spa services not canceled 24 hours in advanced is subject to a full charge.

Gratuity

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added for each treatment provided.

Attire

We kindly request you do not use the robe from your guest room as a robe and slippers will be provided for you upon check–in at the Spa.

Cell Phones

To preserve our relaxing environment, please turn off your phone while visiting the Spa and Fitness Center.

Pregnancy

The following services are not recommended for expecting mothers:

Spa packages longer than two hours are not recommended, as it may not be comfortable to lie down for a prolonged period. Spa wraps or scrubs are also not recommended due to their stimulating nature. Always check with your doctor before booking a service.
